Cancellation and refund policy

Please understand this is a small family business and materials and hire charges need to be covered regardless of whether you do or do not attend. We understand that things come up and believe this policy is fair for all.

Cancellations up to 24 hours hrs before class start time, will have a refund given as credit towards a future session minus a $5 administration fee. The session is not transferable to another person. Last minute cancellations or classes missed without notice will not be refunded.

Full refunds will apply if classes are cancelled due to lockdowns or government requirements or absences due to illness supported by a doctor’s certificate.

What to wear, what to bring and what not to bring

Please wear old clothes as we often get messy. An old shirt to wear over clothes as a smock is encouraged.

Bring along your own water bottle.

Please DO NOT send your child to the session with anything valuable, for example - jewellery, wearable fitness devices, mobile phones, i-pads, laptops, special toys or clothing.

NO RESPONSIBILITY is taken by CreARTivity tutors if jewellery, fitness devices, phones, computers, bags, toys or clothing are taken to the class and consequently damaged, misplaced or lost.
